I bought these two packets of somen noodles last night. This afternoon, I tried stir-frying a packet with vegetables. Again, it's a purely vegetarian noodles.
My homemade chillies are ready ^^
a packet of Japanese somen, 80% cooked and drained
half carrot, cut into long fine strips
some beansprouts, blanched
some fresh shitake mushrooms, finely sliced
half cabbage, finely sliced
some olive oil
some mirin
some pepper
some light and dark soy sauce
side dish
some spinach (optional)

Yes indeed, its healthy somen with lots of vegetables ^^ Sorry, no home delivery....but I promise to cook for you when you come over.
