Green chillies are one of my favorite, especially this kind which are soaked in the rice vinegar. This particular kind of green chillies are not hot after being soaked in vinegar..... they are appetising and goes well with Har Fun or Fried Vermicelli.
Last night, I came across big promotional pack of green chillies in the supermarket... suddenly there is this urge of trying to make my own bottle of green chillies (^_^;).... When I reached home, I called my mum to ask the procedures of making...and....

... two huge packs, filled up two big bottles (^o^). Mum said they will be ready for consumption by tomorrow.
