I cooked this quick mixed vegetables for lunch before I proceed to sign my appointment letter for my new job. Yes!!! I'm being offered a job and will start work real soon ~ very excited about it! And next week or so, I will be going to Bangkok for some job hand-over... ... Therefore I have a good chance to try the authentic Thai food... ....yoohOOOOooo (^^)
