Spinach With Wolfberries

Healthy Snack

New Hay

I bought a new kind of hay for our rabbits recently. It was after I read about why hay should be provided all time round and is especially good for the digestion of our Angora rabbits; that I decided to try out different brand of hays to change my rabbit diet.

This packet contains crane grass which are from Japan. The smell is always so fresh each time the zip-lock is unzipped, even though it may be dried hay! And of course the rabbits enjoy it! ^^

Mixed Mushrooms Rice

Mushrooms are my favorite! I love to try all sorts of mushrooms that are available in the supermarkets.

I searched through the website to look for the right recipe to cook mushrooms rice. In the end, I decided to try with my own method of cooking it with some existing Japanese ingredients which are left in the kitchen cabinets.

The verdict of my own 'trial and error' mushroom rice.... husband had two huge plate of the rice.

Dou Miao With Beansprouts

I have never try cooking Dou Miao at home. The time when we had this vegetable was mostly when we dine out. Few days ago, I bought a pack of very fresh looking dou miao from the supermarket to try my "skill" at home!

Before cooking, I realized that I've got a small pack of beansprouts laying in the fridge for a couple of days; so I decided to mix them for stir-frying....and the taste was pretty good!...yummy...fresh and healthy (^^)

My New Tea set

I was so tempted with this tea set when I first lay my eyes on it. I was particularly attracted to the two different colors leave-shape saucers. Though husband was initially grumbling about the many tea sets I already have at home... and finally insisted to get it as a "gift" for myself... ... the very first on the start of this year Great Singapore Sale! some beansprouts, blanched
