I fried this pure vegetarian noodles for our dinner today. This is the first time try frying without garlics. The texture of the noodles looked exactly like the instant noodles. Taste wise was good even without garlic added.... yummy!!
Ingredients
1 packet of vegetarian noodles, soaked with hot water and drain dry
1 small cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
some Chinese mushrooms, soaked and sliced
a handful of beansprouts
some light soy sauce
some pepper
Method
Heat up some oil and saute the carrot, cabbage and mushrooms Season with some pepper and light soy sauce.
Push the above aside of the work, add in the noodles and stir-fry together. Tossing constantly and add more sauce and pepper to taste.
Lastly add in the bean sprouts, toss to mix evenly.
Serve hot.
