Dou Miao With Beansprouts

I have never try cooking Dou Miao at home. The time when we had this vegetable was mostly when we dine out. Few days ago, I bought a pack of very fresh looking dou miao from the supermarket to try my "skill" at home!

Before cooking, I realized that I've got a small pack of beansprouts laying in the fridge for a couple of days; so I decided to mix them for stir-frying....and the taste was pretty good!...yummy...fresh and healthy (^^)
