Vegetarian Sweet And Sour Fish

We had our last 2nd lesson of our vegetarian class yesterday. Mdm Chua thought two dishes - this is the vegetarian Sweet & Sour Fish（酸甜素鱼）. The fish is made from soy-milk bean sheet wrap with seaweed. The sight of these slices of fish resemble the 'real' ones - don't you agree??! !
